Michael J. Lehner, 58, died Thursday, July 4, 2012, at Hospice Home of Hope, Fond du Lac.

He was born on March 30, 1954, in Waupun, a son of Victor Raymond and June Magdaline Panzer Lehner.

Michael operated his own residential painting business for many years.

He was a member of St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, Oakfield.

He is survived by four sisters and a brother: Kathryn A. (Ernest) Schatschneider of Fond du Lac, Victoria L. Justmann of Walnut Creek, CA, Carl M. Lehner of Fond du Lac, Christine M. (John) Orvis of Fond du Lac, and Rose M. (Randall) Moore of Gilbert, AZ; nieces and nephews; great-nieces and great nephews; aunts and uncles; and many close friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 12, 2012, at Shrine of Rest Mausoleum, Ledgeview Memorial Park, with Rev. Christopher Goelzer officiating and entombment will follow the service. The family will greet relatives and friends on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
